  • 1 pound of ground beef
  • 1 12 ounce package of wide egg noodles
  • 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can of tomato soup
  • 3 slices of American cheese

Instructions

      Lightly grease the bottom and sides of a medium sized casserole dish.

      Brown the ground beef in a pan over medium heat. Drain off the excess grease and set the meat aside.

      In a large pot, boil the noodles until al dente, or still slightly firm. Drain the noodles.

      Mix the ground beef, noodles and the two soups together in the casserole dish. Use a large spoon to gently combine the mixture. Lay the three slices of American cheese on top of the casserole.

      Cover the casserole with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and hot in the middle.
