Step 1
Nobody can deny how sweaty palms are so annoying in one’s life. If you suffer from sweaty palms, it is time to take crucial steps to stop it forever.
How can you suffer from sweaty palms? The answer is very simple .The cause might be due to an excessive iodine .This substance called ,iodine , can be found in liver , turkey , beef and white onions.
Sweating is a device the body uses to help regulate its temperature to keep everything running smoothly. -
Step 2
So before you take a look at some tips to stop the sweaty palms, it is better to consult a doctor. The means to stop sweaty palms can differ .Some people try to use some anti-perspirant, others carry always a handkerchief with them all the day.
But I would prefer having a look at these steps:
1-Try to take zinc tablets which reduce perspiration and the odor of the body.
2- Use a medication called Butox. It is used to block the chemical transmitter that causes arm pit sweats and stop sweating in hands.
3- Try rubbing medical alcohol wipes over your palms moments before you have to greet somebody.
4- Try to lose weight because if your weight is enormous you will get sweaty quickly
5-Iontoporesis which is proven to have no side effects. -
Step 3
Anyway sweaty palms is no longer a problem if we know its causes otherwise if the situation is terrible it is better to consult a doctor.

on 7/23/2009 Hi all I used to suffer from excessively sweaty hands and I tried everything from Hydrosal and Secure wipes and stuff. I was too afraid to get Botox treatments.
I eventually had the most success with Iontophoresis but my Drionic cost me a lot of money like $3000.
A friend of mine made their own using a guide at www.sweatinghands.net
It is a lot cheaper and just as effective. I wish I had known about it before I shelled out all the cash.
Oh Well!
