It is horrible that both my parents are senior and unable in the state of Massachusetts cannot find affordable housing. Now my mother is disable and the housing that both of my parents are in has become unaffordable and they have to move. They are both 74 years old I have put them on waitlist after waitlist I am not happy that their is no housing out their.

Donna, Texoma Council Of Governments has a weatherization program for low income households. I worked for it ten years ago. Have no idea of their waiting list anymore. They do insulation, storm windows, making your home more air tight. You might check there too. Mark Bullard runs that program.
