  • 1/4 cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon low-fat ranch dressing
  • 1 tablespoon Buffalo wing sauce
  • 2 ounces grilled chicken, cut into strips
  • 10-inch flour tortilla
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Diced tomato
