Things You'll Need:
- Colored or patterned paper
- Colored pen
- Scissors
- Glue, glue stick or tape
- Round bowl or glass

Step 1
Using a bowl or glass as a template, draw a circle on your paper with a pen and cut it out.

Fold the circle in half and crease the paper. Unfold and flip the circle over.

With the crease facing you, fold the circle in half (opposite to the crease) to form a tube but do not crease the paper.

Step 4
Squeeze the middle of the circle at the crease until the sides of the circle touch.

Step 5
Cut a strip of paper. Write a fun fortune on the paper with a colored pen. A Chinese horoscope would be a great fortune to use. Pull the strip of paper through the tube.

Step 6
Use glue, glue stick or tape to hold the sides of the tube together. Give the paper fortune cookie to your friends and have fun seeing their reactions.
