Step 1
Go ahead and turn on the engine for the bike. Don’t start it, just turn it on.

Start pushing the bike and kick it up in second gear while holding down the clutch. Pop the clutch and try to start the bike.

Once the bike starts, hold the clutch in and put the bike in first gear. Repeat this whole process until the bike starts. Let the battery charge for at least fifteen minutes before turning off the bike. It may be confusing at first at how this whole process works, but you will get the hang of it. So that’s about it, just keep practicing until you master this skill. That’s how you jump start a bike when the battery is dead.
