How to Make Payments on a Chase MasterCard

Avoid late fees by logging online to your Chase MasterCard account to make payments. As long as your payment is made by 5 p.m. on the due date, it will be in on time.

Instructions

1. Go to Chase's website and log into your account. Click on the "Payments & Transfers" tab.

2. Click the green "Enroll Checking Account" button and follow the prompts to enter a bank account from which the payment will be withdrawn. You will only have to complete this step once, unless you change banks or wish to add more financial institutions.

3. Go back to the "Payments & Transfers" tab and click the "Make or Schedule a Card Payment" button.

4. Select the Chase MasterCard account to which you will make a payment. Then choose the bank account you had just entered from Step 2. Type in the amount you wish to be applied to your card. Select the date that you want the payment to be sent. Hit "Next."

5. Verify the information, then click "Next." Click the box that states you agree to the terms of your Chase MasterCard payment, then hit "Make Payment." You have successfully made a payment on a Chase MasterCard.

Tips & Warnings

• Log off completely if you are using a public computer.
