Clean a new building the same as you would an occupied building. Cleaning is essentially done the same way for all buildings, with the goal of making the building inhabitable to live in or conduct business. It takes the same supplies to clean a new building as an occupied building. The only difference you'll find is that a new building has no furnishings to work around, and the dust and dirt is usually from construction.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
