Cleaning goalkeeper gloves is an important part of maintaining your soccer equipment. Purchase glove wash from a sporting-goods store. This mild soap will clean the goalkeeper gloves without damaging the material.

Wipe off any loose dirt with a towel prior to washing the gloves. Alternately, put the gloves on and pat them together to shake away loose dirt particles.

Fill up a basin with warm water and a few drops of the glove wash. Place the goalkeeper gloves in the mixture and work the solution over the surface.

Turn the gloves inside out as you hand wash them in the soap and water mixture. Since the gloves have likely collected sweat during game play, make sure the interior gets cleaned as well.
