Step 1
Go to the Start menu, click on Control Panel.

Make sure Control Home Panel is selected, if not, click on it
to select it. -
Step 3
Click on Clock, Language, and Region.

Then click on Regional and language Options

The Regional and Language Options Dialogue Box Appear.
on the Tab section click where it says Keyboards and Languages, Then press "Change keyboards" button, The Text Services
and Input Languages dialogue box appears. -
Step 6
Make sure the General tab is selected, then click on
the "Add" button. -
Step 7
The Add Input Language dialogue box appear.
Scroll down to view the "Arabic(Saudi Arabia)" if it's not visible in
the list box, click the + sign to expanded, expand "Keyboard",
check the "Arabic(101)" check box.
Click ok to close the Text Services and Input Languages
Click ok to close the Regional and Language Options dialogue
box and close the Control Panel.
