Nothing can botch your glamorous look more than your lovely lipstick leaking into those unsightly tiny lines that form around your lips as you mature. With a little extra prep before applying your lipstick, you can prevent "old lady lip syndrome".

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • lip balm
  • lip pencil
  • lipstick

First, outline the entire lip area with a neutral shade lip pencilor a shade that blends in with your lipstick. This will define your lips for the rest of the process.

  2. Step 2

Last, apply your lipstick. You can use a brush to ensure that lip color stays in place longer. But even if you just put your lipstick directly from the tube, you will find that it stays out of those dreaded lip lines when you follow this process.
