Things You'll Need:
- 4 rib-eyes
- 2 teaspoons sea salt
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 3 tablespoon good quality olive oil
- 2 fresh garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
-
Step 1
Start by combining the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, black pepper parsley, vinegar, and salt together in a bowl. Whisk all together until well combined.
-
Step 2
Place the steak into a shallow pan and pour the mixture over the meat.
Allow it to marinade for awhile, the longer you marinade it the more flavorful they could be. Even do it the night before and allow it to soak overnight it you like. -
Step 3
Warm the grill, then scrap it clean.
-
Step 4
Now place the meat on the BBQ and grill it until cooked the way you desire.
-
Step 5
Turn the meat often to check the way it is cooking. Make sure you keep a watchful eye on it so it does not overcook.
-
Step 6
Remove from the grill. Be careful to not use the same pan the raw meat was in and cause cross contamination!
-
Step 7
Make your side dishes that go well with steak. Here are a few I recommend...
Mashed or baked potatoes
Grilled corn on the cob
Garden salad
Sauteed mushrooms (great on top of the steak)
Rice
Sauteed veggies
Pasta salad -
Step 8
Enjoy!!
