How to Delete your facebook account permanently

Have you tried to delete your Facebook account lately? Did you notice that they only give you the option to "deactivate" your account? all your personal data, including photos, interests, friends, etc. will be in the hands of facebook! This can somewhat be annoying as to that you are looking to permanently delete your account and not keep it in purgatory so follow the steps below to delete your account.

Instructions

1. First off log on to your Facebook account and then paste the following URL into the web address at the top.
   http://www.facebook.com/help/contact.php?show_form=delete_account

2. Submit and follow the instructions.

3. Your account will be deactivated for a period of two weeks. In order for your account to be permanently deleted do not log in to your account during this period. If you would like, for your own benefit and security, after two weeks log back in and verify if your account has surely been deleted. If the website does not recognize your username and password then your profile has been deleted.
