Things You'll Need:
- 2 ears of corn
- 4 red potatoes
- 20 baby carrots
- 1 green pepper
- 1 sweet pepper
- 1 package onion soup mix
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 2 tablespoons basil

Step 1
You will need to clean your ears of corn and cut each ear into 3 sections. Then wash your potatoes and quarter. You can leave the skins on or remove. Wash your baby carrots. Then wash and cut your green pepper and sweet pepper into strips. Then place all items to the side.

You will need a large bowl you will need to add all of the vegetables. Then in a small bowl combine the onion soup mix, oil, basil, and pepper. Add this to the vegetables and toss to coat all of the vegetables with the seasoning. You will now need heavy duty aluminum foil. You will need to pull a sheet about 2 feet long off.

Step 3
You will then place your vegetables into the middle of the foil and top with butter. You will then fold in the foil and seal tightly. You will then need to double wrap this to insure it is properly sealed. Then place on the grill along side of your meat and allow to cook for 30 minute or until the potatoes and corn are tender. You will need to turn over the foil package to ensure cooking on all sides.
