So many people in this world are worried about getting this, that, and the other thing done by the end of the day. Some people are actually so concerned with getting everything accomplished that they add extra stress to their life. For those that like to overachieve, learning to become just a little more laid back can be difficult. With the help of this guide, you will learn what you can do to begin to procrastinate.

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Create a schedule of fun things that you want to do during the day. Rather than making a schedule of when you want to get things accomplished during the day, make a schedule of fun things like going for a walk, watching a movie, or reading a book.

  2. Step 2

Forget about setting due dates for things. Oftentimes people will set a due date in their mind for when they want to have something done. Forget about it. Just get it done when you feel like it.

  3. Step 3

Don't worry about getting school assignments done right away when you get them. Of course you want to get them done before the due date, but don't worry about finishing the entire assignment or project on the same day it is assigned.

  4. Step 4

Don't procrastinate too long. You can't actually go on procrastinating for the rest of your life. This should only be done if you are noticing extra amounts of stress in your life. Stress is not healthy for you, and you will notice that it actually takes a toll on your body. Just procrastinate on things until you notice less stress.
