Step 1
Stay Focused And MotivatedStay focused and motivated. This is a very important area because staying focused and motivated can be very tough especially at first because you wont really see any improvements and this can become a very negative thing and usually the easiest thing to do is always quit.
-
Step 2
Keep Track Of Your ProgressKeep track of your progress. The easy way to do this for a normal person is to have a tape measurer and have a graph where you can jot this down on a every other day basis. This way it will give you something to measure to see your progress regardless if it is visual yet to you.
-
Step 3
Healthy DietFind a healthy diet that works for you. There are many routes out there that possibly might work but visiting a nutritionist or someone in the field can most likely analyze your body and test you on what you are lacking and pin point everything to help you out the most.
-
Step 4
ExerciseExercise. Start a routine that will keep you moving. A great idea as well is to switch it up every couple weeks to keep your body guessing and not get use to your normal routine. Also make sure to do interval training with both high intensity and low intensity to give you an overall solid work out.
-
Step 5
Stay with low Carbohydrates. Your body will want to naturally burn Carbohydrates first and then get working on your body fat, so low Carbohydrates will be a quick way to get to that body fat.
