Things You'll Need:
- 2 glass 8 x 13 Pans, or what ever you have.
- 3 cups flour
- 3 tsp. baking soda,
- 3/4 cups plus 1 TBSP Water
- 1 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/4 tsp yeast
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/3 cup oil,
- SAUCE
- 1 can tomato sauce or cheap prepared spaghetti sauce,
- sprinkle oregano,
- sprinkle basil leaves
- or Italian seasoning,
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder or crushed garlic,
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder or crushed onion,
- Combine 1/4 tsp vinegar & 1/4 tsp. oil.
- 2 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese. Optional.

Step 1
Combine and mix in large bowl the following dry ingredients:
Baking powder, flour, yeast, salt and sugar.
After these are well mixed add the oil and water.
mix with clean hands until it forms into a ball. Add more moisture or flour as needed to get your desired consistency. It should be firm.
Press into pans or roll out as you wish. Set aside. -
Step 2
Mix all sauce ingredients including Parmesan cheese to taste and spread on crust.
Spread up to the edge of the crust but do not go over the edge.
Add what ever toppings you have on hand.
For taco pizza do not add sauce until beans have been spread on crust. -
Step 3
Bake between 375 and 400 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes. I set the temperature depending on how thick or thin my crust is.
Crispy thin crust is set at 400 degrees and thicker soft crust is set at 350 to 375.
