How to Blow Smoke Rings with a Hookah

• A hookah that is set up and ready to smoke

Instructions

1. 

   First lesson is learning to blow smoke rings is to get the tongue out of the way. Push it to the bottom of your mouth and forget about it. The tongue has nothing to do with blowing smoke rings.

2. Drag deep on the hookah so that you get thick smoke and have lots of it in your lungs. Next form your lips tightly in the shape of an O, sometimes it helps people if they curl their lips back while in the O shape.

3. 

   While still holding the O shape tightly, close your jaw about 50%. This causes the smoke to leave your mouth due to the lack of space, and your lip formation causes it to form a nice little smoke ring. Continue the jaw motion, changing it up here and there until you find that right movement that gives you those perfect rings.
