Things You'll Need:
- 1 part Bass pale Ale
- 1 part Guinness stout
- 1 Tall Glass

Step 1
First take your glass and fill it half way with the Bass Ale. Try to pour it so there is no foam. If there is any foam let it settle. There needs to be no foam because the foam can interfere with the Guinness Stout that is going in next.

Step 2
Now take a spoon and pour the Guinness Stout over the spoon slowly and into the glass until the glass is full. If you can do this very slowly and correctly then your drink should come out perfectly.

If the ending result is as it should be then the Guinness Stout should sit perfectly on top of the Bass Ale. There you have it a perfect Black and Tan.

Drink up. Black and tans go best with a meal since they are a medium to heavier drink, because of the Guinness.
