Step 1
Make sure you have an anti-virus tool installed on your computer. If you don't currently have one, you can download the free AVG anti-virus software from the link in the Resources section. Run the file and follow the installation instructions on the screen.

Choosing the Safe Mode OptionBring up the "Shut Down" menu in the Start bar and then click on "Restart". Press the keyboard's "F8" key when the logo of your computer's manufacturer appears on the computer's screen. Scroll down to the "Safe Mode" option and then press Enter.

Step 3
Searching for PWS Legmir Gen K Virus FilesReturn to the Start menu and then click on the option for the Search feature. Search for the file named "h2.com." Right-click on the virus file that appears at the top of the search results and then select the "Delete" option.

Search for and delete the other PWS Legmir Gen K virus files: "autorun.inf," "ee2m.dll," "kavo.exe," "kavo0.dll," "zz.rar" and "zz.exe." Close the search box and then open up your anti-virus software.

Updating the SoftwareStart the anti-virus program's update routing by clicking on the "Update Now" button. Wait for the virus detection updates to finish installing, then disconnect your computer entirely from its Internet connection by unplugging its Ethernet cable or by powering off your wireless router.

Scanning for the PWS Legmir Gen K VirusClick the "Computer Scan" button and then click the "Scan Entire Computer" entry. Choose the "Remove Problems" option once the scan has completely finished searching your hard drive for the PWS Legmir Gen K virus.
