Is money tight around the house? You might want to consider looking through your cabinets and pulling out your container of baking soda. Baking soda? You might ask. Yep ... you can actually use baking soda for many house hold items you would use regularly. This article will show you a few examples of baking soda uses other than avoiding freezerburn!

    Avoid using soap on your fruits and vegetables and try some baking soda. Simply rub some baking soda on them and rinse them off. It will clean them so well and remove any pesticides safely.

    Some people do not like to buy traditional deoderant due to information in the news about aluminum content. One way to avoid buying deoderant in the stores is to apply baking soda to your arm pitts.

    When you get a sunburn, you could buy expensive salves at the store made from aloe or other soothing products, but if money is tight, try mixing some baking soda with water and applying it to your burn. You might be surprised how effective it will be at numbing the pain!
