1. The first step to winning monopoly is getting into character: try Rude Business Man or Rockefeller Persona. Once you start its really easy to continue. Continue this step throughout the game

2. Acquire all the B properties B properties are the light blue, magenta, and orange properties, and as many utilities as you land on. You'll land on higher value properties; buy one every now and then these are the red, yellow, green, and blue properties. By purchasing only the cheaper properties, you will have money to buy houses and collect higher rents sooner in the game.

3. Acquire the C properties: the dark purple then put houses on them at a moderate pace building this property up early in the game allows for the weakening of opponent's funds.

4. Put houses on the rest starting with light blue and orange.
   After you're at a financially semi stable status turn them into hotels.

5. Demoralize your opponents and watch as they begin losing confidence and money.
