    Look at your life, skills and strengths, brainstorm some ideas and determine what you can use to make money.

  2. Step 2

    If you love to work outdoors, consider landscaping, taking care of the lawn, gardening, taking care of plants for people who love having beautiful yard but do not have the time to do themselves or don’t know how.

  3. Step 3

    Take a look at sewing or making alterations for a small fee than what regular stores charge.

  4. Step 4

    If you have the skill of making jewelry and other craft items, purchase items on sale at A.C. Moore or your local craft store,and make them and sell for a profit.

  5. Step 5

    Use the skill of fixing up things such as cars, electronics, furniture, home repairs, small appliances to make money. Spread the word in neighborhood

  6. Step 6

    Use your art of organizing your home and cleaning your home to help busy families put things in order. Advertise your expertise and get extra cash.

  7. Step 7

    Consider cutting people's hair, even coloring or doing home perms, styling people's hair for a special events. Charge cheaper than the regular salon price.

  8. Step 8

    Babysitting, pet sitting, dogwalking, tutoring kids are all great ways to make money. Get the word out to people.
