How to Make Chicken Rub
The point of grilling is to add a great taste to the meat. To get sensational flavor, you need an amazing spice combo. Things You'll Need
- 8 tablespoons paprika
- 3 tablespoons cayenne pepper
- 5 tablespoons freshly ground or cracked black pepper
- 6 tablespoons garlic powder
- 3 tablespoons onion powder
- 6 tablespoons sea salt or other un-iodized salt
- 2 tablespoons oregano
- 2 tablespoons ground bay leaf

Measure all of the spices into a small bowl.

Tweak the blend to suit your taste, if desired. For example, this recipe makes a mild spicy rub. If you wish for a hotter, zestier rub, add additional cayenne pepper and equal parts of ground red pepper.
