Things You'll Need:
- pre-wrap
- 1" athletic tape

Step 1
First you have to apply the pre-wrap around the ankle 2 to 3 times in a figure 8 fashion, you then apply pre-wrap 3 to 4 times from the arch of the foot to 2 inches above the ankle bone.

Step 2
Next you have to wrap the 2 strips separately of athletic tape at the top of the ankle around the pre-wrap. You will be using these 2 strips as a type of "anchor" for the athletic tape. You will then use 3 separate strips to wrap in an "u" form going from one side to the other of the anchor.

Step 3
Finally you apply 4-5 strips going from top to bottom of the ankle. You then wrap it once around the foot and end in with wrapping it around the heel of the foot in what is known as an "heel lock".
