How to make delicious grilled T-bone steaks

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 4 T-bone steaks
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons red vine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Chicago steak seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  1. Step 1

You will need a large zip loc bag. You will add the water, soy sauce, brown sugar, lemon juice, vinegar, oil, Chicago steak seasoning, hot sauce, and garlic powder. You will need to mix all of these ingredients together and add to the bag. To this you will need to place the T-bones in the bag.

  2. Step 2

You will need to allow this to marinade overnight in the refrigerator. You will need to make sure all of the meat is coated with the marinade. When you are ready to grill you will need to remove the steaks from the bag and drain off the excess marinade and dispose of the bag.

  3. Step 3

You will then need to grill the steaks for 8 to 12 minutes on each side or until the meat reaches your desired doneness. The Chicago steak seasoning is available in the spice aisle at the local grocery store. This makes your steaks full of flavor and moist.
