How to Recover Encrypted Files

One of the great features of Microsoft Windows is how simple it normally is to open programs and files. However, every once in a while a problem can arise that prevents a file from opening. This can happen if a file is encrypted. The encrypted file is locked down and cannot be opened until the locks are removed.
