Things You'll Need:
- 2-1# bags of California Blend Vegetables (if you don't like cauliflower, broccoli, and carrots you could use 1# each of the two vegetables you like best
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (if you don't like mushrooms use two cans of celery soup)
- 1-1/2 sticks of butter or margarine
- 1-8 ounce package of mild cheddar cheese
- 1 package of saltine crackers

Step 1
This recipe is easy enough for children to helpTo make this easy, cheesy, vegetable casserole melt 1 stick margarine or butter in the bottom of a 13 x 9 inch pan.
Crush the package of crackers. Pour all of the crackers (except 1/2 cup into the pan) on top of the butter. -
Step 2
Layer one package of frozen vegetables, 1/2 can of each soup, 1/2 of the shredded cheese. Next make a second layer using the same ingredients.
Add any remaining soup and the rest of the cheese on top of the vegetables.
Top with the 1/2 cup of reserved cracker crumbs. Melt 1/2 stick margarine or butter and pour over the top of the casserole. -
Step 3
Preheat the oven at 350 degrees; bake the casserole one hour until hot and bubbly.
Remove from the oven carefully. Serve hot.
