How to Split MPEG Files

There are literally dozens if not hundreds of video formats available on the market. One of the most popular and widely used format is MPEG. Like most other video files, however, it can take up large amounts of hard drive space. Worse yet, in can be extremely difficult to email the file because it is so large. There is a way around it though by splitting the large file into smaller files, allowing them to be emailed in pieces and then joined together later to recreate the original file.
