Step 1
Go to the Wal-Mart website using the link provided in the "Resource" section below. The link will direct you to the Wal-Mart Credit Card webpage.

Browse down the left side of your screen to the box labeled "Credit Cards."

Click "Access Your Account." Wait for the "Wal-Mart Credit Card Online Account Services" page to open.

Verify that you are on the "The Wal-Mart Credit Card Online Account Services" page. To confirm, check for a large banner at the center of the page that reads, "Wal-Mart Credit Cards." Directly beneath this banner, in smaller print, look for a heading that reads, "The Wal-Mart Credit Card Online Account Services." Also, verify that you see the "Wal-Mart Financial Services" logo located in the upper left-hand corner of the screen.

Scroll down until you see, "Pay Online." (As of 2009, the "e-Bill/Bill Payment New!" option is located after "Update your information" and is the only option highlighted to distinguish it as an active link.)

Click the "e-Bill/Bill Payment New!" link and wait to be directed to a new page. Once the new webpage appears, click "Continue." (This page offers a brief summary of the services that can be completed online.)

Sign in or complete the field labeled, "Personal Information." Type in the following personal information: Email Address (This will be your sign-in ID); Password (six to eight characters, at least one letter and one number, no spaces); and ZIP Code.

Choose a secret question and provide an answer to that secret question. A list of secret questions will appear. For example, "What is your mother's maiden name?"

Review the Terms and Conditions and then click "Agree." You are now ready to pay your Wal-Mart Credit Card online.
