Things You'll Need:
- 1 to 2 medium size mangoes, diced
- 1 papaya, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 2 Tbsp green onion, diced
- 2 Tbsp cilantro, diced
- 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
Fresh ingredients.Start your tropical mango salsa by peeling the mango and cut away the flesh from the seed. Dice fruit and place in glass bowl.
Wash red bell pepper, pat dry and dice. Add to diced mango in bowl. -
Step 2
Papaya.To prepare papaya, first slice it in half without peeling fruit. Scoop out seeds with a teaspoon.
Now peel the papaya. Slice lengthwise and dice. Add diced fruit to tropical mango salsa ingredients already in glass bowl. -
Step 3
Tropical mango salsa.Wash and pat dry green onion and cilantro. Dice both and add 2 Tablespoons of each to mixture in bowl.
Lastly, add 2 Tablespoons of balsamic vinegar and toss lightly. Salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes and serve. Enjoy!
