Instructions

  1. Use Boursin Cheese

    • 1

Slice cheese into wedges like a pie. Arrange on a serving platter with fresh grapes, olives and a loaf of fresh bread. Serve with a dry red wine.

    • 2

Mix your favorite flavor of Boursin cheese with a half cup of sour cream to make a dip. Chill for an hour and serve with water crackers.

    • 3

Put pizza sauce on dough from pizza kit. Spread a package of Boursin cheese over sauce. Put tomato slices and black-olive slices over the cheese and sprinkle with oregano. Place the pizza in a preheated oven at 355 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve with red wine.

    • 4

Grill hamburgers and place on bun with sliced tomato and onion on the bottom. Spread Boursin cheese over the burger and top with the bun. You can also stuff the burger with the cheese before you grill it if you prefer.

    • 5

Heat a tablespoon of butter in an omelet pan. Beat two eggs and pour into pan. Cook eggs by moving the set part to the center and allowing the raw egg to go to the outside circumference of the pan. Add chunks of Boursin cheese to the center and fold the omelet over. Cover and cook just until the cheese is melted. Serve with breakfast sausage.
