Things You'll Need:
- Coloring books.

- A good family doctor.
- A dentist.
- Vitamins.
- Exercise.
- Toys.

- Washer and dryer.
- Friends...
-
Step 1
You must take care of your health. It is more valuable to have your health than to be wealthy and not be able to enjoy your wealth. Find a good family doctor for you and the kids. A good dentist also for the health of your teeth. Learn yoga with the kids at your local YMCA or go swimming together. Exercise or run bicycle together. Learn a new dance move.
-
Step 2
At every outing with your kids..bring toys, coloring books, things that will entertain them while you enjoy some time at least to relax and breathe. The few reasons my children get restless, catch tantrums or turn anytime outside into a living nightmare is because they are tired, hungry or need some attention or entertainment.
-
Step 3
Make sure your clothes are clean. Organize your things. Get plastic boxes. Put winter stuff away if its summer. Summer things away if its winter. Maintain the majority of the house clean and organized. You can do this early in the morning or at night when everyone is already in bed. Only allow a small room or area to be messy and only clean it on the weekends or when you have time. This will make easier for you to dedicate yourself to more important things.
-
Step 4
Keep your hair and face looking good. Don't neglect the very face you see in the mirror. You want to look good and feel good. Honey takes care of acne, balmex and cocoa butter gets rid of scars but so does DermaPro which I recommend. It cost 80 to 100 bucks but this stuff works. If you need to lose weight. Try Sensa. I am living proof. This helped me and its natural, it isn't a pill. Check it out. I went from 170 to 140 in two months.
-
Step 5
The last step is go out there and make friends. Join a church. Whatever religion you are into. Why? Because you never know when you might need a helping hand and you can meet good people there. I am a Buddhist, grew up pentecostal, have my kids in catholic school but love the peace and teachings my church brings. My kids enjoy there own activities in the church and the food is great even if eaten with chopsticks.
