None of those
None of those "magic pills" will melt the fat permanently

Losing weight is one of the hardest things a person will ever do. Keeping it off is even more so. Most people with this problem, struggle with it for life. Scammers know how difficult this is, they know a desperate person will buy almost anything. Most of the pills, potions, meal plans, energy bars, and drinks will not melt the fat permanently if you don't keep taking them. Once you stop, the weight will more than likely come back. Maybe even more. Sorry to say that, but it's true. Those products may help you lose some weight, but I guarantee you will lose your money and possibly something even more precious. I'm talking about something you may never get back, that something is your health! The following are a few of the popular products out there to avoid.

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Zantrex-3 This little gem is full of caffeine. One pill has the same amount as 3-4 cups of coffee. It will have ingredients with names like yerba mate and guarana seeds. They may also have caffeine as well. It will control your appetite, but it will also raise your heart rate, blood pressure. If you have a heart condition, high blood pressure, diabetes, or anxiety you could lose your life. You know I'm telling you the truth.

  2. Step 2

Neo-Form-3000 You may have seen this advertisement in your mailbox. It has no ingredient information, no phone number, and no real address. This is only bad news, pass on this one. It only has one purpose, to help you lose some money!

  3. Step 3

Trim-Spa Remember Anna Nicole Smith? This was her little diet plan. She was all sexy on the beach in a bikini. The plan was to lure people in with a seminar about non drug approaches to weight lose. Then they would push Trim-Spa. The product contained stimulants, so if you have high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, or kidney problems this one is a no go. The maker was forced to pay $750,000 for hid dishonesty.

  4. Step 4

SBM-GIGA-MAGTAB This is an advertisement for a fruit acid supplement. The ad said you could eat what you wanted, whenever you wanted and still lose weight. Are you buying that one? I know I'm not. No diet plan that this could possibly work. If it did, what kind of ingredients would it have to have that would produce results like, "lose up to one pound a day". Give this bozo from Canada the boot!

  5. Step 5

ThermoSlim This one says you can eat all the hamburgers, french fries, shakes, and cheesecake you want and still lose weight! It says you could lose, "95 pounds in 60 days!" I don't think so! Any more than 2 or 3 pounds a week is dangerous. This is so dangerous, you would flood your body with all the toxins stored in your fat! Think about the stress on your heart, liver, and kidneys. No thanks!
