How to Type Greek Letters in Microsoft Word

There's a bit of mystery concerning how to type Greek letters. In reality, all it requires is for a simple font change in Microsoft Word, and you'll have access to the entire Greek alphabet. This is useful if you need to type formal letters for a fraternity or sorority.

Instructions

1. Open Microsoft Word.

2. Change the font to symbol. Go to "Format," "Font" and scroll through the options until you come across the Symbol font.

3. Begin typing to begin writing using the Greek alphabet in Microsoft Word.

4. Export the letters to other programs if you need to. Copy and paste, and you can take the typing from Microsoft Word to Photoshop or other programs.
