Even if you want to ace a test without studying, you will still need to put in some effort. Unfortunately no one has invented a magic pill that will instantly bestow knowledge upon you. However, it is possible to pass a test without studying if you just pay attention to the right things.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Pay attention to your teacher. Specifically, pay attention to anything your teacher writes on the board, repeats more than once or emphasizes through vocal inflection. Often teachers will even directly state that a certain fact or problem will be covered on your test. Paying attention when this information is given will help you to avoid studying later.

  2. Step 2

Take notes. Even if you won't be studying your notes, writing down important information will help you to recall the information when you are taking the test.

  3. Step 3

Do the assigned classwork homework. Most teachers use their assignments as a way to reenforce important concepts that will be covered on the test. If you want to ace a test without studying, doing the classwork and the homework will be an important part of your strategy.

  4. Step 4

Ask questions. If you don't thoroughly understand a concept, ask your teacher to explain it to you. Most teachers are thrilled when a student asks for help and will sometimes even give you key information on what will be covered on the test.
