Visit a payday loan store. If you live on a military base then you will be able to find a payday loan store easily. There are not allowed to be on base so check off base. There are usually located in nearby towns and cities close to the military base. Inquire about military payday loans and if they offer a lower interest rate for military personnel. If they do not, keep looking until you find a payday loan store that does.

Ask your fellow soldiers if they have used a military payday loan service. They will be able to tell you which ones are the most reliable and offer the lowest interest rates.

Search online. You can find payday loan stores online that offer special payday loans to military personnel. You will be required to provide proof of military service such as a current Military ID. You can also obtain a free interest rate quote online if you fill out the necessary forms.

Be prepared to provide necessary documents. You will be required to provide proof of military service, checking or savings account in your name, phone number, and usually an LES (Leave and Earnings Statement).

Compare the payday loan offers and choose the one that is the most reliable and has the lowest interest rate. If you find a payday loan store near base but none of your fellow soldiers have used its services, stay away from it. Only take a loan from a place you know is reliable and trustworthy.
