Step 1
Insert the game cartridge before turning the Nintendo DS on. After turning the game system on, wait as the game loads and enter your information as you are prompted. Select a new game slot to begin playing "Scooby-Doo! Who's Watching Who?"

Step 2
Use the Mystery Machine van to transport the Mystery Inc. gang from one section of the game to another. Look for clues as you drive along, and dodge ghosts and other obstacles that appear in your way. Use the stylus to escape from ghosts that decide to chase down members of Scooby's Mystery Inc. gang.

Step 3
Wander about the various areas of the game and engage in conversation with all the different characters.

Use Scooby-Doo's spin and dash attacks to destroy the slow moving enemies that appear in each level.

Step 5
Gather clues as you make your way through the game. The clues will be sitting out in the open.

Allow Velma to mull over the clues and use a little of your own analyzing skills and a few mystery solving techniques, like Scooby's sense of smell or a magnifying glass, to develop a reasonable suspect. When you have a suspect in mind, head out ghost chasing to capture the culprit.

Step 7
Search for pieces of a ghost trap so that you may assemble one to assist in catching your ghostly suspect. After catching your suspect, unmask him and wait to hear the famous catchphrase.

Step 8
Repeat the steps to bring Scooby-Doo and his gang to victory against the Ghost Scene Investigation team.
