Looking for a new way to prepare those prok chops? Lemon pork chops is an easy way to make delicious pork chops. I have yet to find someone that does not enjoy the recepie, well that is as long as your a pork eater.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 Bottle catsup
  • 2 lemons
  • 1/2 - 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  1. Step 1

Begin with preheating the oven to about 350 degrees. Using a cake pan works best. Lay the pork chops down in the bottom of the pan. It is ok if they are frozen, they will just take a bit longer to cook.

  2. Step 2

Mix the catsup with the water and brown sugar. The catsup should be close to the same consistency it was or even a bit more runny. Pour over the chops coating very well. They should be almost covered with the sauce.

  3. Step 3

Slice the lemons and spread them over the top of the chops. Add seasonings to taste. I usually don't add anything. Cook the chops for about an hour. Be sure they are done before eating.

Tips & Warnings
  • If your oven seems to be drying the dish as it cooks simply cover the pan with tinfoil.
  • Boneless chops can be used but it is much better with bone-in chops.
  • Make sure the pork is fully cooked before eating or you might get sick.
