Instructions

    • 1

Take the head scarf and fold it in half vertically, then place the scarf over the back of your head so that both sides hang down parallel to one another.

    • 2

Grasp one side of the scarf and drape it across the very top of your forehead, and pull the other side up and across the first end.

    • 3

Take one side of the scarf and wrap it around the back of the head so that it sticks out on the other side. Do the same with the opposite side of the head wrap.

    • 4

Fold both ends of the scarf over toward the forehead and twist around as you wish to create your own individual style. Use bobby pins to keep this last fold in place.

Tips & Warnings

  • Create another simple head-wrap style by following the above steps, but instead of crossing the two sides of the scarf over the forehead, cross, fold, and twist them just under the neck. Before putting on your head wrap, spray it with starch to keep its shape intact.
