Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Internet monitoring software
  1. Step 1

Purchase Internet monitoring software. When choosing monitoring software, ensure that it monitors all activity including email and all websites visited, instead of just recording keystrokes made from the computer's keyboard. A few examples of Internet monitoring software on the market are Web Watcher, Spy Agent and Guardian Monitor.

  2. Step 2

Install the Internet monitoring software on each computer you would like to monitor.

  3. Step 3

Configure the settings of the Internet monitoring software. During the configuration, you will be able to create a username and password. Some software programs will allow you to specify what type of monitoring you want to do, such as email, social networking sites and instant messaging.

  4. Step 4

Log in to the software program with your username and password to view the latest Internet activity.
