- White wine vinigar
- Salt

- Shallots
- White pepper
- Chives, minced
- Ground black pepper
- Red, green, or yellow peppers.

There are so many different types of pasta our there, have you ever thought of making a pasta salad out of Tubettini pasta? Well here is your chance. Below you will find one of the easiest most delightful pasta salads. This is a great summer meal to enjoy by yourself or with company. The recipe yields 10 servings so please add or subtract as needed.

1 lb. Tubettini
Dressing:
1 1/2 oz. white wine vinegar
1 tsp. salt
4 oz. olive oil
1/2 oz. shallots, minced
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1/2 oz. chives, minced
2 oz, red, green, or yellow peppers (can use all three if you like)
* Salt and pepper as needed to add or subtract flavoring. -
Step 3
Begin to cook the Tubettini in a sauce pan with salt. Bring to a boil, and cook until pasta is just right. Drain the pasta, then run under cold water. Dry the pasta and set aside. combine the salt and vinegar in a large bowl. Whisk in the remaining ingredients, and pour over the pasta. Adjust the flavor as needed. Serve or refrigerate until needed.
