Step 1
1. Soak your feet in lukewarm water for about 15 minutes. You can add some salt in it.

Step 2
2. Use a clipper if you need to trim your toe nail. To remove the dead skin from the bottom of your feet use a professional foot file. Pay more attention to the areas which are dry. Be gentle.

Step 3
3. In my opinion using pumice stone on top part of the foot is a little painful. So I suggest using a home made scrub. Mix coarse sugar and enough rose water to mix everything in a paste. Rub it on your feet in circular motion.

Step 4
4. Pat dry your feet. Your feet is now completely clean. Submerge them in goat's milk (you can buy it at Trader Joe's or at the local store in your area). Goat' milk is own as natural skin moisturizer and rejuvenator. It helps ensure that the skin's proper pH balance is maintained hence the result will be soft and hydrated.

Step 5
