How to Soft Reset a Sidekick LX Cell Phone

How to do a soft reset of a sidekick lx cell phone, when the phone is acting up, or it is frozen.

1. Once a blue moon my Sidekick LX cell phone from TMobile will act up and decide to not respond to anything. To me it's just like when your PC freezes. Annoying! Very annoying though if you don't know what to do about it.

2. The first thing you have to remember is to avoid doing a hard reset. Usually a soft reset will fix the issue right away.

3. You simply hold your fingers on the @ key, the 1 number, and the 0 number on the Sidekick LX.
   
   Just remember these 3 keys:
   
   @10

4. Wait a few moments and the cell phones screen should go blank. A few moments later it will power back on. You will hear the intorduction Tmobile chimes, and moments later your phone will power back up.

Tips & Warnings

• Don't worry if your custom theme is not uploaded to the phone yet, it will come back on. I know the first time I did a soft reset I thought everything was erased. It took a few seconds for my custom content to show back on the screen.
• It may also take a few moments for your address book to re-load.
