Use the hot glue gun to put a layer of glue on the top of the candle holder.

    • 3

Place the plate right-side up onto top the candle holder. Make sure the plate is centered.

Push down on the plate to secure it in place. Let the glue dry.

    • 5

Place your dessert on top of the plate and set it out for serving.

Tips & Warnings

  • If the candle holder you choose is made of clear glass, you can fill it with potpourri, fake flowers or other decorative items.

  • Wooden candle holders and plates can be painted or stained using nontoxic paint.

  • For taller pedestals, use vases instead of candle holders.
