Things You'll Need:
- 1 tube cookie dough
- 1 package cream cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 1/2 cup pineapple tidbits
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 1 can mandarin oranges
- 3/4 cup green seedless grapes
- 3/4 cup strawberries
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 can apple juice

Step 1
First you will need to allow the cookie dough to sit out until it reaches room temperature then you will press it onto a 12 inch round pizza pan. Do not grease the pizza pan. Then place in a 375 degree oven for 12 to 15 minutes until it begins to turn brown. Then remove from the oven and allow to cool completely.

Then you will beat the lemon juice, cream cheese, and powdered sugar together in a mixing bowl. Then spread this over the pizza. Then top with the cherry pie filling. Then drain the pineapples and oranges and add to the top of the pizza. Then you will need to halve the strawberries and grapes and add to the top of the pizza.

Combine the sugar, corn starch, and apple juice in a saucepan bring to a bowl and continue stirring until the mixture thickens. Then allow to cool completely then cover the fruit with this mixture. Then place in the refrigerate for one hour before serving this will give time for the ingredients to set up.
