How to Make Smoked Salmon Snacks

A quick and easy finger food perfect for any occasion. Does this Spark an idea?

Things You'll Need

  • Can of Smoked Salmon
  • Cayenne Pepper or Paprika
  • Ritz Crackers
  • Sliced Green Olives with Pomentos
  • Frank's Red Hot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce

Instructions

    • 1

      Empty the canned smoked salmon into a bowl.

    • 2

      Mix in 2 tablespoons or Ranch Dressing. Mix it together until you barely see any white from the dressing.

      Shake four squirts of Frank's Red Hot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce into the bowl and mix it all together. You may want to add a little more or less depending on your preference.

      Mix ingredients together thoroughly.

      Place approximately 1 tablespoon of the mixture on top of Ritz Crackers until all of the mixture is gone.

      Place one or two slices of green olives with part of the pimento on top of each salmon covered Ritz cracker.

      Place each cracker out on the tray or plate that you will be serving them from.

    • 8

      As an added garnish, lightly sprinkle cayenne pepper or paprika over the top. Make sure each salmon covered ritz gets at least a little bit sprinkled on it.
