Step 1
Check out your favorite food! Many manufacturers will actually include coupons within, or on their packages. Make sure you don't throw away the packaging without looking for a coupon first!! Sometimes they are on the inside of a box, on a removable label, inside a can or inside the bottle top. Dog foods often have small coupons folded up inside the food.
-
Step 2
Do your research! There are some manufacturer websites that have a spot on their website where you can enter in a printed code found on the packaging of your favorite products. This will then give you the ability to print out a coupon!
There are also times that manufacturers will have you fill out a simple questionnaire in exchange for a free product, or coupon. Sometimes you can also just input your email address and receive their newsletter with coupons. -
Step 3
The internet! Do a search for free coupon websites online. There are many sites online that are made to be able to print out grocery coupons. The only problem is due to a lot of printable fraud, many grocery stores no longer accept them so check with the store manager to see what their policy is.
-
Step 4
Check the grocery store that you shop at's website! See if there are coupons on their website! Many grocery stores are now posting their sales, along with coupons right on their website!
-
Step 5
Auction sites! There are some people who want to be paid for the time it took to find, and organize them. It would be illegal to sell coupons. You can find some great deals on these sites when it comes to coupons.
-
Step 6
"Junk Mail".. May not be junk. There are some great coupons, or free trial size products in our junk mail. Often times great coupons come along with the trial size products.
-
Step 7
The phone book often has coupons in the back too.
