  1. Step 1

    ARE YOUR HEALTHY ENOUGH TO AUDITION FOR THE HIT REALITY SHOW SURVIVOR?

    First you need to be realistic and ask yourself if you are healthy enough to play the Survivor game. There are lots of physical activities involved in the game and you may be living outdoors for many days with hardly any food and no real shelter.

    DOWNLOAD SURVIVOR SHOW APPLICATION AND ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

    To download the Survivor application and eligibility requirements, click on the link at the bottom of this article under Resources. This will take you directly to the application and requirements which will give you in-depth details

  3. Step 3

    READ THE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS TO AUDITION FOR SURVIVOR:

    Take the time to read the requirements and FAQ sections. This will give you all the information on what the producers of the Survivor show are looking for, plus it will answer most frequently asked questions you may have about auditioning and applying for Survivor

  4. Step 4

    FILL OUT THE SURVIVOR APPLICATION COMPLETELY AND VERY NEATLY:

    It is really important to take your time to fill out the application very neatly. The requirements and application are approximately 20 pages long and will take you sometime to get through. Be sure to be specific and answer all applicable questions.

  5. Step 5

    PHOTOCOPY PASSPORT:

    If you are selected to be one of the Finalist, you will be required to travel outside the country and will need a passport. Make a copy of your passport to send in with your Survivor application.

  6. Step 6

    SEND PHOTO:

    You will also need to include a passport-sized photo with your application. Make sure it isn't your only copy, as all materials belong to the show once submitted.

  7. Step 7

    THREE MINUTE VHS VIDEO OR DVD:

    Make a three minute VHS video or DVD. Be sure it is no more than a three minute audition video. If you have someone videotape you or help you film the video, you will need to include a signed Videographer Release Form with your application. You must label your video in a certain way.   8. Step 8

    MAIL SURVIVOR APPLICATION AND VIDEO:

    Mail your Survivor application, copy of passport, passport sized photo, VHS audition video or DVD and signed Videographer Release Form (if videotaped by someone or if someone helped you film your audition video) to the below address:

  9. Step 9

    HOW TO AUDITION FOR SURVIVOR BY ATTENDING A SURVIVOR CASTING CALL:

    You can also apply for Survivor by attending an open casting calls. Check the CBS website and look for upcoming dates and the closest locations to you.

    A benefit of attending a Survivor casting call is that the casting team will videotape you and will mail off your audition materials. Just be sure to take to your survivor casting call, the following items: Survivor application, copy of passport and passport sized photo

    Be sure to arrive early as there will be lots of people at the casting call.

  • It is a good idea to read Wilderness Survival Books to learn things such as: starting a fire, catching fish, building shelter, etc...
