How to Find Lawyer after being denied for Disability
How to find a Lawyer to appeal your disability denial?
The truth is more times than not, your first submission to disability will be denied. We got very lucky with My Mom, her condition was so severe, (she was diagnosed with sever Bipolar- due to her illness had lost her marriage, home, job and all of her friends, It was and still is severe) Mom was approved in just 2 months. That, I do not believe is the norm, In fact We were very surprised. The truth is her doctor's office seen how severe she was and maybe had something to do with her being approved so fast. The norm, as mentioned is that you get denied the first (and maybe second) time. Understand there are so many people out there in the world trying to get a quick buck, and perhaps "Not really needing disability" So the claim center is in return, very skeptical.....I suppose with good reason. You have a TRUE disability, You just got denied..... You need to find lawyer, and here is how.

Find a Disability Lawyer:
You will want to pull out your yellow pages and make some phone calls. Call around until you find an attorney that will take your case pro bono(in plain and simple terms, this means you do not pay a penny upfront, you pay once they win the claim). There are many lawyer's out there that will indeed offer this service, especially with disability claims.
As with choosing any Lawyer, take your time and search. You want a Lawyer you feel is listening to you or patient, Not in a huge rush to get the next call and to get you off the phone quick. Feel free to visit his/her office, with a scheduled appointment- Make sure you are comfortable with your lawyer. There are many fabulous disability lawyers so take your time and choose wisely. -

UNDERSTAND How that works: Your lawyer gets paid WHEN you do. When you get approved you will receive a large check, dating back from when you first filed your claim for disability. Your lawyer will simply deduct his fees from that money. He will let you know upfront what his fee will be, or the percentage of money you will owe him from that large check. Make sure the attorney you choose has a lot of experience with disability claims!
